About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in AI/Tech to oversee and manage multiple client projects simultaneously. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, technical understanding, and client relationship management to ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.

As a key liaison between clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. You will also drive process improvements, manage resources effectively, and help scale AI solution deployments across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple AI/tech projects for various clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, AI researchers, and data scientists.

• Engage with clients to understand their goals, define project requirements, and manage expectations.

• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones to align with client and business objectives.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and scope changes, proactively addressing challenges.

• Ensure clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate client meetings, progress reports, and technical discussions to maintain alignment.

• Optimize workflows and improve project management best practices for scalable AI solution delivery.

• Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to assess feasibility and provide delivery estimates.

• Track project budgets and resource allocations, ensuring cost-effective execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management within AI, SaaS, or software development.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities.

• Experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.

• Experience leading standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings in Agile teams.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar).

• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

• Experience working with engineers, data scientists, and technical teams.

• Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs, reporting progress, and optimizing workflows.
